Branislav Habán
CEO
Branislav Habán is the main partner and co-owner of the Sympatia Group. His area of expertise includes strategic investments and consulting on the largest transactions. He also works with Sympatia's most creditworthy clients. He has been working in the field of investments since 2000, during which he gained extensive experience in leading positions in various licensed investment companies and banks in Central Europe. During his career, he held leading positions, including senior trader at Slovenská sporiteľňa and Erste Group Bank AG in Vienna.
Since 2008, he has been engaged in private investments, focusing on real estate projects and private equity. His experience is supported by practical skills from international financial markets and professional certifications, including an exam on the EUREX derivatives exchange in London. Thanks to strategic management, identification and implementation of investment opportunities with high growth potential and close cooperation with key clients, he contributes to the long-term growth and stability of the Sympatia Group.
Marek Laššák
CIO
Marek Laššák is a partner and co-owner of the Sympatia Group. He is responsible for strategy formulation, as well as the implementation and management of investments outside of financial markets, including private equity investments.
He gained his extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of finance, investment, investment management, corporate advisory, and transactional advisory during his tenure at the international audit and consulting firm EY, and subsequently at the advisory firm ProRate. Since 2005, he has participated in numerous investments and transactions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland, including projects for several market leaders in their respective industries.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno. He was previously a member of the ACCA organization and is a candidate for Level III of the CFA program.
Michal Baňas
CFO
Michal Baňas is a partner and co-owner of the Sympatia Group. He oversees the financial management of the Sympatia Group and heads the group’s economics department, reporting, and controlling.
He gained his more than 15 years of experience and knowledge in the fields of corporate finance, controlling, investment management, and transactional advisory during his tenure at the audit and tax-advisory firm BMB Leitner, as well as in positions as a financial analyst at Penta Investments and IBM, and as an M&A consultant at the advisory firm ProRate. He also collaborates with the Institute of Forensic Engineering at the University of Žilina and is a registered expert witness in the field of Industrial Property. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava (2009).
Jana Habánová
COO
Jana Habánová is a partner and co-owner of the Sympatia Group. Her competencies include all legal matters within the group as well as operational and administrative affairs.
She has been practicing law since 2003 and has been registered in the bar association since 2008. She worked at the law firms HMG LEGAL, s.r.o. and Noerr s.r.o., and later served as the managing partner of the Slovak branches of the law firms Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH and Nemetschke Huber Koloseus Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
She studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava (2003) and completed a postgraduate Master of European Studies program in Hamburg, as well as several professional internships and seminars both at home and abroad.
Michal Kolesár

Michal Kolesár is a partner at the Sympatia Group. Within the group, he manages the securities dealer and is also responsible for the trading department. He gained his experience and knowledge in the field of financial markets and the trading of financial instruments as a senior trader at the licensed entities Sympatia Financie, o.c.p., a.s. and Fimex Capital, o.c.p., a.s.
He has completed several professional examinations, seminars, and courses, primarily in the field of financial markets.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (2008) and the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava (2009), having completed both degrees concurrently.
Gabriel Bitea
Log Sympatia Holding
Gabriel Bitea is the managing partner and co-owner of Log Sympatia Holding, an experienced real estate group with successful projects in several countries. He studied civil engineering at the Polytechnic University, where he attained professional expertise in the field. He has held executive positions across all Central and Eastern European markets, expanding portfolios and building long-term relationships with business partners. Steady growth and an emphasis on quality have enabled the holding to implement large-scale projects in Slovakia, Slovenia, and particularly in Croatia.
His experience with the strategic management of the group includes responsibility for long-term planning and the efficient coordination of business activities across individual markets. Under his leadership, Log Sympatia Holding has become a strong player in the industrial real estate market, contributing to the group’s expansion and stable growth. An equally important part of his work is building and maintaining relationships with key tenants, ensuring high client satisfaction and property occupancy rates.
Bogdan Martin
Log Sympatia Holding
Bogdan Martin is a partner and co-owner of the Log Sympatia Holding group. He has been active in the construction industry as an engineer for nearly 20 years. He is responsible for supervising complex construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, and overseeing the efficient implementation of projects.
His expertise spans the entire construction lifecycle, from concept to completion. He graduated from the Polytechnic University – Faculty of Civil Engineering and holds a Master’s degree in "Optimization and Improvement of Installation Systems.
Adrian Stanislav
Log Sympatia Holding
Adrian Stanislav serves as the Financial and Control Manager of the Log Sympatia Holding group, specializing in the field of financial performance improvement. He has experience in strategic financial planning, budget analysis, cost management, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
In the past, he collaborated with the Euro Holding group and has more than 6 years of experience at Log Expert Group. Currently, he serves as the administrator for all SPV companies established for Log Sympatia Holding group projects. He graduated in management and has been a member of the C.E.C.C.A.R. expert accounting body since 2002.
Sladjena Krizaj
Log Sympatia Holding
Sladjena Krizajis a financial manager with twenty years of experience in the fields of banking and finance, project management, real estate investment, property management, and the restructuring of both corporate and non-strategic real estate investments.
She gained her knowledge and experience during her tenure at Raiffeisen Leasing, Erste Group Immorent, and other financial institutions. For the past 15 years, her focus has been on real estate financing, real estate structuring and restructuring, as well as the management of real estate assets.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana (2004). Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Reading (2021), where she graduated with honors in Real Estate Investment and Finance.

Oana Gaspar serves as the Office Manager and Operations Manager of the Log Sympatia Holding group.

Completing key projects and expanding industrial parks
Sympatia is focusing its efforts on the quality completion of ongoing developments and on further growth of its flagship industrial parks. The residential project Laurin dvor is sold out and approved for occupancy, and in the flagship Zagreb park we obtained a building permit for hall DC7 and expanded the phase to approximately 63,500 sqm. The real asset portfolio has exceeded a value of €500 million.

Project Portfolio Reached a Value of €500 Million
The current value of Sympatia's project portfolio has reached €500 million. The group completed the construction of the logistics park Zdenčina and the next phase of the Croatian Zagreb park, opened a new stage of growth and recorded high demand in the residential project Laurin dvor.

Asset management and investment solutions
In 2002, Sympatia Financie, o.c.p., a.s. was established and entered into the commercial register, operating from the outset as a licensed securities dealer under the supervision of the National Bank of Slovakia. During its first decade, the group established itself in financial and capital markets, providing asset management, investment solutions and expert advisory services to a discerning private clientele.
During this period, Sympatia built an experienced professional team, a disciplined and conservative investment approach, and the trust of its clients. It was precisely these foundations that later enabled the shift from financial market investments to the systematic building of a real asset portfolio with better risk control, greater transparency and a more stable return profile.
