We present our industrial project Zdenčina 1.

Located in Zdenčina, just 20 km from Croatia’s capital Zagreb, we are developing a modern distribution centre that will ensure excellent supply connections to the country’s most important cities.

On a site of more than 110,000 m² a logistics park with multiple buildings will rise, directly and strategically connected to the A1 motorway linking Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik.

Zdenčina 1 will be delivered tailormade to tenants at the highest modern standards, with a strong focus on sustainable and ecofriendly solutions (BREEAM/LEED certification, photovoltaic installations, electrified mobility).
