About the project
D1 Centre is shopping, office, and service centre in the heart of the business and logistics park near Senec. The logistics park was founded by a Slovak real estate developer – the IPEC Group in 2004. For several years now, the D1 Expo Business Centrum has been a key partner for international investors in their efforts to expand into Europe.
Besides the equipment and premises needed to hold international trade conferences and trade fairs, it offers 11,000 sqm of retail s pace f or s ale and subsequent lease, while recently over 4,000 sqm of retail space has been sold to foreign investors. Since 2018, the IPEC Group has been working on the revitalization of the building and its further expansion and use (D1 Business Park project). D1 Centre provides several services not only for tenants but also for over 5 000 people employed in the adjacent logistics park.
