About the project
D1 Expo BC is a commercial project in SENEC, SK and a multi-purpose retail, office, exhibition and service centre in the business and logistics park near Senec. The value at completion is 11 900 000 EUR, the rentable area is 10 500 m², and the land plot is 35 000 m².
The logistics park was established by Slovak property developer IPEC Group in 2004. D1 Expo Business Centrum supports international investors expanding into Europe and provides premises and facilities for international business conferences and trade fairs. The centre provides services for tenants as well as more than 5,000 people employed in the adjacent logistics park.
Since 2018, IPEC Group has been working on the revitalisation of the property, its further expansion and its use within the D1 Business Park project.
