About the project
The Vajnorská 21 residential project was carried out as a reconstruction of an original administrative building transforming it into a multifunctional building offering a total of 55 residential units, including six premium duplex apartments on the top floor, office, and retail space, and modernised and renewed entrance to the Bratislava – Nové Mesto Culture Centre. The project is characterised not only by an excellent location, civic amenities, and accessibility but also by the high standard of living it offers and timeless architecture.
During the complete reconstruction, all structures but the building skeleton were removed. The built-in parking house served by a car lift offers parking for 64 automobiles. The total floor area of the Vajnorská 21 project, intended for rent, represents 1,500 sqm, of which 900 sqm comprises of office space, less than 500 sqm of retail space and the remaining less than 100 sqm of residential premises. The retail space on the ground floor is designed for bakery, grocery store and café.
