About the project
Our portfolio also includes an office building in the largest industrial park in Senec, the tenant of which is one of the largest global providers of transport services. The building with a leasable area of 1,100 sqm was built in 2011 and since then has served as an administrative, operational, and management centre for Western Slovakia. The single-storey building meets strict technical requirements and is continuously technologically enhanced.
In 2018, more extensive investments were made in the building in the form of the replacement of the roof cladding and the complete replacement of air conditioning. To the building belongs a parking lot for more than 60 vehicles. In addition to high-quality of the facilities, the building has also an excellent location and is directly connected to the main route Pezinok – Senec, only 1 km from the exit to the D1 motorway. The quality of the asset is underlined by the long-term lease, which was extended in 2020 for the period until 2026.
