About the project
D1 Park 1 is a commercial project in SENEC, SK – an office building in the industrial park in Senec leased to one of the world’s largest transport service providers. The value at completion is 1 400 000 EUR, the rentable area is 1 100 m², and the land plot is 3 540 m².
The building was completed in 2011 and has since served as an administrative, operational and management centre for Western Slovakia. The single-storey property meets strict technical requirements and is continuously technically upgraded. In 2018, the roof covering was replaced and the ventilation and air-conditioning system was completely renewed. The property includes parking for more than 60 vehicles.
The project is directly connected to the main Pezinok – Senec route and is located 1 km from the D1 motorway exit. The long-term lease was extended in 2020 until 2026.
