Do you still remember who was Miss Sympatia 2023?
Date: 31 Jul 2024
Not just according to us at Sympatia — among all production halls, the clear winner is our charming Slovene: The Brnik 2 production hall.

If you haven’t seen it in person yet, it stands right next to Ljubljana International Airport.
Production halls have been, are, and will remain an essential part of our lives because they make the goods we use every day. That’s why it’s so important they are energyselfsufficient, ecofriendly and visually attractive — they occupy a significant share of public space and shape the surrounding environment.

When we planned Brnik 2, we made sure the building would have exceptional architectural design. It’s not just “a Gray industrial box.” Spatially and technologically, it ranks among the best and most modern production halls in Europe. Heating and cooling are provided primarily by heat pumps, the roof hosts a photovoltaic plant with a total installed capacity of 1.7 MW, and the project has earned green certifications (BREEAM/LEED).
Exactly one year ago we officially handed it over to Bosch Rexroth d.o.o. Slovenia, part of the multinational Bosch Rexroth group operating in engineering and electronics. At the handover, their representatives praised not only the building’s sustainability and attractive appearance, but also its strategic location close to the international airport, motorways, rail links and the Rijeka Gateway port — as well as Slovenia’s safe business environment thanks to EU, NATO and eurozone membership.
We are now preparing the construction of its third sibling — the new Brnik 3 hall. We believe it will win the sympathy of the local community and future tenants thanks to its visual appeal and sustainability. After all — it’s in the family.
