So — apart from industrial real estate — what still makes sense?

I’m personally one of the largest investors in Sympatia’s real estate projects.

Why? Not only do I participate in their management, but so far, I haven’t found anything that offers a better riskreturn profile.

Sympatia’s portfolio already generates tens of millions of euros a year from industrial rental income. That’s material. And yes — we intend to keep growing in this segment.

But… After a period of intense construction growth, it’s only a matter of time before we hit market limits. That’s why — both as a group and as a private investor — we increasingly ask:

➡️ Where does it make sense to deploy large capital today?

➡️ What are the realistic alternatives?

➡️ What do private wealth managers — who are approaching us more and more — actually offer?

I’ve decided to run a series of posts on this topic. We’ll look together at concrete investment options, their returns, risks, liquidity and relevance in today’s environment.

Perhaps my perspective will help other investors navigate what truly has value.
