About the project
The project of apartment houses in the Chorvátsky Grob village – municipality part Čierna Voda, close to Bratislava, is in attractive location right in the centre of the village with a complete civic amenity and lack of comparable affordable housing. There will be 44 flats for young families in two apartment buildings with five above-ground floors offered at affordable prices. The whole area consisting of mostly family houses, is very quiet, oriented to families with children, and offers excellent opportunities for leisure activities.
The transport accessibility to Bratislava will be very good after completing the Bratislava motorway bypass – the section connecting between Vajnory and Čierna voda, and the completion of the Triblavina motorway crossroad. We have seen great interest in the project, even though the official sale of real estate has not been launched yet, which only indicates that the segment of affordable housing for young families in the vicinity of Bratislava has excellent potential. We act as a financial partner in the project.
