About the project
The project in Cífer, municipality part Jarná, consists of 13 family houses. An area of approximately 6 120 m² is located 2 km from the centre of the village that is a rapidly developing area with full civic amenities. The village of Cífer is becoming an increasingly sought-after location for family housing due to its excellent location between the city of Trnava and the connection to the D1 motorway in the section of the Blatná junction and the railway connection Bratislava – Trnava. The project is especially attractive for young families with children looking for peace and security.
The territory is in a quiet area, off the main road, and represents an ideal compromise of quiet village living and access to work in Trnava or Bratislava. Family houses are designed as three and four-room bungalows with utility areas from 77 sqm to 94 sqm supplemented with a terrace garden and the possibility of external parking for two cars in front of the house. Each house has a separate plot of land with an area from 400 sqm to 600 sqm. Sympatia acts as a financial investor in the project and provided financing for the land acquisition.
