About the project
Laurin dvor is a residential project in BRATISLAVA, SK on Špaldova Street in Podunajské Biskupice. The value at completion is 23 300 000 EUR, with a sales area of 10 800 m² and a land plot of 9 900 m². The project provides approximately 100 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom starter homes to large four- and five-room apartments on the upper floors.
The project is designed primarily for young families with children. The original concept includes community-oriented housing, a children’s playground and a relaxation area for residents. Vrakuňa Forest Park is within walking distance and, according to the original copy, a kindergarten, nursery, children’s swimming academy and other family and sports facilities are located nearby.
