About the project
Laurin dvor project covers an area of approximately 10 800 m² and is a continuation of the development of the area on Špaldova Street at the beginning of Podunajské Biskupice in Bratislava. The project will provide approximately 100 flats, from one-room start-up flats to large 4 to 5-room flats on the highest floors. Besides excellent civic amenities and walking distance to the Vrakuňa Forest Park, the project has very good accessibility to both the motorway and the city centre.
Thanks to completing the Bratislava bypass and the connection to the Prievoz intersection, traffic will be even more convenient. The project is designed for young families with children. Besides community character and affordability, it will also off er a playground and relax area for residents. Near the project, there is a newly established kindergarten, nursery, swimming academy for children, and several other opportunities for leisure and sports activities.
