About the project
Family Houses Bratislava is a residential project in BRATISLAVA, SK with a value at completion of 2 000 000 EUR, a sales area of 1 100 m² and a land plot of 1 700 m². The development comprised six large family houses in a gated community on the outskirts of Bratislava.
All houses were contracted at the beginning of construction without marketing support. Sympatia acted as an investor with financial control, financed the first phase and participated in arranging bank financing for the project.
