About the project
6 large family houses located on the outskirts of the capital – Bratislava offer housing in a closed community part of the city with absolute privacy. The project is designed for larger families and clients looking for quiet and safe housing. There is a forest park nearby, which is used by adjacent residents to relax and spend their free time.
The success of the project was the complete pre-sale of the houses at the beginning of construction with no marketing support. Sympatia played the role of an investor with financial control in the project and provided financing for the first phase, and at the same time participated in securing bank financing for the project.
