Mlynárce

We are planning an extensive construction of apartment buildings in the locality of Nitra-Mlynárce. It is an integrated territory with an area of over 4 hectares intended for housing construction. The regulation of the territory allows 6 above-ground floors with mostly residential buildings. The project will be divided into several stages scattered over time according to current sales and market development in Nitra. In total, the project foresees the construction of more than 600 residential units and 2 000 – 5 000 m2 of retail and office space. The area is unique because of its compactness and easy accessibility from several sides, and the nearby connection to the Nitra highway bypass.

The land is slightly sloping and thus provides most of the future residents with beautiful views of Nitra and Zobor, while it will still be well suitable for leisure activities of the residents. The centre of the area should be a closed park with sports fields accessible to all residents of the zone. Parking will be handled almost exclusively in recessed underground garages with sports facilities on the surface and parking houses. The area will be in touch with individual housing construction and, together with civic amenities, will create a comprehensive city district.
