About the project
The family houses are located in direct connection to the lake between the villages of Kittsse and Berg, in a beautiful setting overlooking the lake and the surrounding countryside. The village of Kittse, only 13 km from the centre of Bratislava, is a newly developing area for young families and creditworthy clients who want to live in a rural environment close to the capital.
Since this was a small project, all 4 houses were contracted before the start of construction works, which guaranteed the smooth implementation of the project at low financial risk. Sympatia was an investor with financial control in the project and provided financing for the first phase. At the same time, it participated in securing bank financing for the project.
