About the project
The project Julianin Dvor consists of 8 two-storey family triplexes with 24 residential units in a private area of Bratislava‘s Vrakuňa district. The area is located approximately 300 meters from the Vrakuňa Forest Park and consists of family houses only. Besides the quiet and peaceful surroundings, the project offers excellent accessibility and civic amenities. It has a character of community housing designed primarily for families with children who are seeking calm and security.
Family houses with sensitive architectural design give an urban character to the whole location. Each of the 24 apartments has a separate entrance from the street, land behind the house, a terrace with a garden, and the possibility of external parking for two cars. The complex also includes additional parking spaces reserved for visitors. The great benefit of the project is that it offers affordable community housing with plenty of living space for family activities, without the need to commute to the city.
