About the project
The villa project will complete the rapidly urbanising area called Vtáčnik located in Koliba; despite being nearby nature, the location provides excellent accessibility to the city centre. We have a wealth of experience in the area with several already implemented projects, e.g.: Roličky, ELEVEN Housing, Family Houses Koliba. Each of the villas will offer enough floor space even for a large family with several children.
The project aims to satisfy the most demanding clientele, to whom we want to offer exclusive custom-made turnkey housing, i.e., housing with completed and furnished interior and finished garden, allowing them to move in right away without having to deal with anything. Thanks to the location of the houses on hillside, the future owners will have an unobstructed view of a part of Bratislava and will be able to enjoy pleasant moments in their gardens.
