About the project
Residential project Vajnorská 21 was created as a reconstruction of the original administrative building into a multifunctional building offering a total 55 residential units including six maisonettes on the highest floor, office and trauer premises, as well as modernized and renewed entrance to the Bratislava-Nové Mesto Culture Centre. The project is characterized not only by excellent location, civic amenities and availability, but also high standard housing and updense architecture. With complete reconstruction, all non-loadable structures were removed. The included car lifted parking lot provides parking for 64 cars.
Total floor area of the Vajnorská 21 project is 7 500 000 m² forms a useful area divided between residential premises, offices and retail. Business premises on the ground floor, in which opened its new establishment bakery and kaviary, represent together something little over 400 m².
The project was awarded the prestigious nomination of the Arch Daily Building of The Year Award, he was among the fitters of the competition Award of the Slovak Chamber of Architects for Architecture CE A AR and was included among the TOP 50 buildings of the year.
