About the project
Čierna Voda is a residential project in CHORV. GROB, SK, in the Čierna Voda part of Chorvátsky Grob. The value at completion is 7 200 000 EUR, with a sales area of 3 350 m² and a land plot of 5 580 m². The project comprises two five-storey apartment buildings with 44 apartments, intended primarily for young families under the original concept.
The development is located within Chorvátsky Grob in an area consisting mainly of family houses. The original project copy refers to local amenities and a family-oriented residential environment with opportunities for leisure activities.
