About the project
The Roličky project consists of nine three-story villa houses that off er 27 luxurious housing units with a modern layout in one of the most beautiful parts of Bratislava. The project is superb for its timeless architecture, beautiful panoramic views of Bratislava and the Little Carpathians, and an enclosed area offering privacy and its own playground. Materials used in constructing the villas are of high quality, the facade is treated with natural maintenance-free cladding made of real ceramics.
Each villa has an elevator, cellars, and parking spaces that have above-standard dimensions. The apartments are oriented to the southeast, therefore they off er plenty of light. The airiness of the space is also helped by the high ceiling clearance, which ranges from 2,75 m to 2,9 m. The Roličky project was nominated in the prestigious architectural competition CE ZA AR 2021 in the category of apartment buildings. Moreover, the world-famous portal ArchDaily.com also wrote about its timeless architecture and ranked it among the TOP architecture in the world.
