About the project
Roličky is a residential project in BRATISLAVA, SK with a value at completion of 12 950 000 EUR, a sales area of 8 290 m² and a land plot of 6 900 m². The project comprises nine three-storey villa houses with 27 residential units in a gated complex with its own children’s playground.
Each villa house includes a lift and storage cellars, while the parking spaces are larger than standard. Apartments face south-east and ceiling heights range from 2.75 m to 2.90 m. The façades use ceramic cladding.
