About the project
ELEVEN Housing is a residential project in BRATISLAVA, SK with a value at completion of 6 200 000 EUR, a sales area of 3 200 m² and a land plot of 5 300 m². The project comprises 11 terraced family houses with front gardens in a gated complex.
The houses feature an open-plan kitchen and living area on the upper floor and a night zone one floor below. This includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and wardrobe, three additional rooms, a second bathroom and an atrium. The houses have a south-east orientation, 2.8 m ceiling height and 2.4 m door openings.
The technical specification includes smart-home preparation, large-format triple-glazed windows, electrically operated exterior blinds, underfloor heating with a smart thermostat and heat recovery, and a solid-fuel fireplace. Each house has a double garage and storage space.
