About the project
Family Houses Kittsee is a residential project in KITTSEE, AT with a value at completion of 3 000 000 EUR, a sales area of 800 m² and a land plot of 1 000 m². The development comprised four family houses by a lake between Kittsee and Berg.
The original project text states that Kittsee is approximately 13 km from central Bratislava. All four houses were contracted before construction began. Sympatia acted as an investor with financial control, financed the first phase and participated in arranging bank financing.
