About the project
In order to cover the activities of the main logistics hubs in Croatia, we have developed a logistics hall project within the industrial-commercial zone in Rijeka, part of Kukuljanovo.
The project is located near the customs terminal and the tenants are global logistics companies using both the port and the customs terminal
The pilot project in Rijeka offers 17 300 m² of rentable space and meets the same quality standards as all our buildings. Like other currently implemented projects, this one also has BREEAM certification and a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 1.2 MW is located on the roof of the building.
