Salonta
Production and storage space for a tenant operating in the automotive industry.
About the project
Salonta is an industrial production and warehouse project in SALONTA, RO with a value at completion of 6 500 000 EUR, a rentable area of 14 000 m² and a land plot of 30 000 m². The hall was custom-developed for a global automotive tenant and used to manufacture automotive components.
The first phase was developed in 2007 and expanded in 2013, with Sympatia participating in the expansion. Sympatia took over the project in early 2015. The hall was fully occupied by one tenant, with further expansion planned.
Sympatia gradually moved from the role of financial investor to developer and strategic investor. In 2017, the project was sold to a strategic partner.
