About the project
The Dubnica Logistics Park, in the area between the towns of Nová Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom, represents a modern logistics complex of the highest quality class. In the first two stages of the project, 100 000 m2 of warehouse and administrative space was built, which was successfully sold to a renowned Czech investment fund. We are continuing with implementation of the third stage of the logistics park consisting of a warehouse with a total leasable area of 10 000 sqm and a free-standing administrative building.
The building with an area of 1.950 sqm is leased for 15 years to a German client from the engineering segment, who located his development centre there. In June 2020, a valid building permit was issued for the administrative building and the relevant roads and engineering networks. The construction of the administrative building began after summer 2020 with a renowned general contractor. During Q1 2021, the R&D centre was successfully approved and handed over to the client.
