The third stage of the premium logistic park of quality class A.
About the project
Dubnica 3 is an industrial project in DUBNICA, SK with a value at completion of 3 700 000 EUR, a rentable area of 1 950 m² and a land plot of 6 200 m². It forms part of the logistics park between Nová Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom.
Across the first two phases of the logistics park, 100,000 m² of warehouse and office space was developed and subsequently sold to a Czech investment fund. The third phase included warehouse space and a stand-alone office building.
The 1,950 m² office building is leased for 15 years to a German engineering client that operates its development centre there. The building permit was issued in June 2020, construction began in late summer 2020 and the R&D centre was approved for use and handed over to the client in Q1 2021.
