Construction of a modern distribution centre near the city of Zagreb
About the project
We are building a regional distribution center in Zdenčina, only 20 km from Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. The project includes the construction of three buildings with storage and administrative spaces with a total leasable area exceeding 120,000 m2. The distribution center will be located in direct connection to the Croatian highway A1 connecting the cities of Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik. The strategic location will provide excellent accessibility for supply and logistics of the most important cities in Croatia.
The strategic location will provide excellent accessibility for the supply and logistics of the most important cities in Croatia. The halls will be custom-built to fulfil each client‘s requirements and will meet strict quality standards from the client (cross-dock system, A-class) and environmental requirements of green projects (BREAAM / LEED certification, use of photovoltaics, electromobility). A significant part of the project has already been built, approved and handed over to the client for use.
