About the project
The Zagreb 1 project represents the first stage of a logistics park covering an area of over 159 000 m2 near the city of Zagreb. It offers over 68 000 m2 of storage, production, and office space for lease. The Park is strategically located near Zagreb Airport, on the southwest side of the Zagreb-Ljubljana motorway, about 6 km from the Slovenian border and 5 km from the Zagreb outer ring road, which connects Zagreb with Maribor, Graz, Budapest, Belgrade, and the Croatian coast.
Zagreb 1 meets the highest industry standards and envisages the construction of a cross-dock warehouse for global leaders in logistics services and other strong players in the retail and automotive industries. The offer of warehouse space in Zagreb and the surrounding area is very limited and there are only a few competitors in the market.
