About the project

Zagreb 1 is an industrial logistics park in ZAGREB, HR with a value at completion of 67 500 000 EUR and a rentable area of 68 700 m². It is the first phase of the logistics park, developed on a land plot of 159 000 m².

The park is located near Zagreb Airport, on the south-western side of the Zagreb–Ljubljana motorway. The original project text states that it is approximately 6 km from the Slovenian border and 5 km from Zagreb’s outer ring road, which provides connections towards Maribor, Graz, Budapest, Belgrade and the Croatian coast.

The project comprises warehouse, production and office space and includes a cross-dock solution for international logistics providers and companies in the retail and automotive sectors. The premises are designed to meet high industrial standards. The original project text also describes the supply of modern warehouse space in Zagreb and the surrounding area as limited.
