About the project
Zagreb 2 is the second phase of an industrial logistics park in ZAGREB, HR with a value at completion of 56 000 000 EUR, a rentable area of 40 500 m² and a land plot of 89 200 m².
The second phase followed the successful delivery of Zagreb 1 and was developed in response to increased demand from existing tenants for additional warehouse capacity. The project directly continues the first phase.
Zagreb 2 uses a VRF system and rooftop photovoltaic panels and meets BREEAM certification requirements. Both buildings have been completed, approved for use and handed over to their first tenants.
