About the project
We build on the smooth progress of the construction of the first phase of the Zagreb 1 project and the strong demand of clients for the highest standard warehouse space in a suitable location. This renewed construction of the logistics park‘s next phase is thus a natural result of the strong demand of tenants. As they are already our clients from Zagreb 1,
They had an opportunity to increase their demand for warehouse premises. Zagreb 2 project is thus a smooth continuation of the first phase of Zahreb 1 project. As in the first phase of the project, this project also uses a VRF system, photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the buildings and meets strict quality requirements (BREEAM certificate). Both buildings of the project are handed over to their first tenants for use.
