Production and storage premises leased to an international automotive company.
About the project
n Senica, we participate in the development of land with a total area of over 65,000 m², and we lease production and storage premises with an area of 17,000 m² to an international automotive company. The strategic location near the largest car plant in Slovakia and the excellent connection to the D2 motorway make Senica a very attractive and sought-after location for companies operating in the automotive industry.
Thanks to an excellent location and the possibility of further development and expansion of the area, we attracted a major international player in the automotive fi eld for whom we expand the used production and storage facilities for the production of refrigeration equipment for cars, a newly built research and development centre with an area of 3,400 m². Production and storage premises are completely leased. Along with constructing the R&D centre, we also agreed with the current tenant to extend the lease agreement.
