About the project
Dubnica 4 is an industrial project for the construction and sale of warehouse and office space in DUBNICA, SK with a value at completion of 9 800 000 EUR, a rentable area of 6 650 m² and a land plot of 25 000 m².
The project follows the previous phases of the Dubnica nad Váhom industrial park. In 2021, an office building serving as the client’s regional development centre was completed and handed over as part of the previous expansion. Across three phases, a total of 114,000 m² of rentable warehouse and office space has historically been developed in the zone.
In December 2025, an agreement was signed for the construction and sale of new warehouse and office space. The project may later be expanded to more than 10,000 m² of usable area covered by the original building permit. The new hall is being developed directly next to Dubnica 3 and the Dubnica 2 hall and shares part of the operational infrastructure with them.
The current project text states that completion and handover to the client are planned for Q4 2026.
