About the project
The last expansion of the industrial park in Dubnica nad Váhom was carried out in 2021, when an administrative building serving as the client’s regional development center was completed and handed over. We are therefore very pleased that, after five years, construction activity will return to the zone where we have historically developed a total of 114,000 sqm of leasable warehouse and office space across three phases.
In December 2025, we concluded negotiations and signed an agreement for the construction and sale of warehouse and administrative premises with a total usable area of 6,650 sqm. The project may be expanded in the future to just over 10,000 sqm of usable area, for which the original building permit was issued. The new warehouse hall will be built in the immediate vicinity of the development center (Dubnica 3) and the DC2 hall (Dubnica 2), with which it will also share part of the infrastructure necessary for the hall’s operation. The building should be completed and handed over to the client in the last quarter of 2026.
