Production and storage space for a tenant operating in the automotive industry.
About the project
Ineu is an industrial production and warehouse project in INEU, RO with a value at completion of 9 500 000 EUR, a rentable area of 22 000 m² and a land plot of 40 000 m². The building was custom-developed for a global automotive tenant and used for manufacturing automotive components.
The first phase was developed in 2003, followed by expansions in 2007 and 2012. Sympatia participated in the 2012 expansion and took over the project in early 2015. The hall was fully occupied by one tenant, with further expansion planned.
Sympatia gradually moved from the role of financial investor to developer and strategic investor. In 2017, the project was sold to a strategic partner.
