Production and storage space for a tenant operating in the automotive industry.
About the project
Production & storage hall is custom-built for a global automotive tenant. The building is used for manufacturing automotive components. The project began with the construction of the first phase in 2003 and subsequent expansion in 2007 and 2012 in which Sympatia had already participated. In early 2015 Sympatia took over the project.
The hall was fully occupied by one tenant with a planned further expansion of the premises. Sympatia was moving from the role of the financial investor to the role of developer and strategic investor. In 2017, the project was successfully sold to a strategic partner, the largest industrial real estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe.
