The first phase of a Class A logistics park located between Nová Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom.
About the project
Dubnica 1 is an industrial logistics project in DUBNICA, SK with a value at completion of 38 000 000 EUR, a rentable area of 94 000 m² and a land plot of 160 000 m². It was the first phase of the logistics park, developed as a turnkey solution for the main tenant.
Construction began in Q2 2016 and was completed in Q2 2017. By the end of construction, the warehouse premises had been contracted to four international tenants. In 2018, the logistics park was sold to REICO, an investment fund of Česká spořitelna.
