The first stage of a logistics park of quality class A in the region between the towns of Nová Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom.
About the project
The first stage of the logistics park in Dubnica is spread over an area of approximately 160 000 m². These are storage spaces with a leasable area of 94 000 m². It was a development in a strategic position in Považie as a turnkey solution for the main tenant.
Construction began in Q2 2016 and was completed in Q2 2017. At the end of construction, the warehouse space was leased at 97 % to four international tenants – Continental, Heineken, Kuehne + Nagel, and LIDL with a WAULT of 13.8 years. In 2018, the logistics park was sold to the investment fund of Česká sporiteľňa – REICO.
