About the project
Senec is an industrial project in SENEC, SK with a value at completion of 15 000 000 EUR, a rentable area of 300 000 m² and a land plot of 630 000 m². The project involved the acquisition, consolidation and preparation of land intended for industrial development.
The land was sold in 2017 to a global strategic client developing a logistics park with several warehouse buildings.
