Consolidation, preparation, and development of land intended for the D1 Senec logistics centre.
About the project
Building on our long-term business activities in the industrial park in Senec, we participated with our partners in acquisition and preparation of land for the construction of industrial properties with a total area of over 63 ha, which
increased our overall involvement in this desired strategic location. These plots were sold in 2017 to a global strategic client, which is building a logistics park with several warehouses with an area of 300 000 m².
