About the project

Zagreb 3 is the third phase of an industrial logistics park in ZAGREB, HR with a value at completion of 81 300 000 EUR, a rentable area of 46 250 m² and a land plot of 142 000 m².

The project extends the existing Zagreb development and is located directly next to Zagreb 2. It was developed in response to customer demand for high-quality industrial premises incorporating sustainable solutions.

The new buildings include refrigerated and deep-freeze areas. The project meets BREEAM certification requirements and features a rooftop photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 3 MW.

This project is implemented within the investment product Log Sympatia Holding project bonds. More information about investment opportunities can be found on the product page.
