About the project

With the completion of the second phase of our development in Zagreb we reflect on strong demand from our customers for quality industrial premises encompassing sustainable solutions with the third phase of development Zagreb 3.

Zagreb 3 project continuously expands our presence in the location, being located right next to Zagreb 2 development providing the same quality standards as our prior projects. Newly built premises will include cold and deep-frozen areas, project will be BREEAM certified with 3MW solar power plant installed on the roof of the buildings.

The project is being developed as part of the investment product Log Sympatia Holding project bonds. You can find the current investment terms on the product page.
