About the project

Strong demand for quality premises and positive tenant feedback have resulted in the further expansion of the Zagreb Industrial Park. The fourth expansion of the industrial park is located in the direct vicinity of the previous stages, with access via the service road built in the previous phase.
Upon completion, the entire Zagreb Industrial Park will provide at least 210,000 m2 of leasable space of the highest standard.

As in previous projects, the project will include a photovoltaic power plant and the buildings will be BREEAM certified.
