Construction of a logistics park directly connected to Joža Pučnik Airport in Ljubljana.
About the project
Brnik 1 is an industrial logistics project in ĽUBĽANA, SI with a value at completion of 56 000 000 EUR, a rentable area of 37 000 m² and a land plot of 90 000 m². The first phase provided warehouse and office space with capacity for approximately 65,000 pallet positions.
Construction began in September 2017 and was completed in August 2018. The first phase was fully leased to a global logistics company. The warehouse was intended for pharmaceutical and medical materials and medicines and was also used for repackaging and distribution.
The distribution centre meets GMP and GDP standards.
