Construction of a logistics park directly connected to Joža Pučnik Airport in Ljubljana.
About the project
The first phase of the logistics park covers an area of almost 90 000 m², offering 37 000 m² of storage and office space and a capacity of approximately 65,000 pallet spaces available for lease. Construction of the first phase began in 9/2017 and was completed in 08/2018. The first phase of the park is fully leased to a renowned global logistics company. The warehouse is designed for the storage of pharmaceutical and medical materials and drugs.

It is also used for the storage, repackaging, and distribution of medicines. The distribution centre meets the highest security standards GMP/GDP and is the largest distribution centre of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe.
