About the project
The Zdenčina 2 project is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zdenčina 1 project. The project was prepared from the beginning primarily for the needs of future expansion of the existing tenants.
The distribution center is located 20 km from Zagreb in a direct connection to the Croatian A1 highway, connecting the cities of Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik. The strategic location provides excellent accessibility for supply and logistics of the most important cities in Croatia.
The future hall, like our other projects, will meet high quality standards and environmental requirements of green projects (BREEAM, photovoltaic power plant located on the roof of buildings, requirements for the support and promotion of electromobility).
