About the project
Zdenčina 2 is an industrial distribution centre project in ZDENČINA, HR with a value at completion of 42 900 000 EUR, a rentable area of 36 400 m² and a land plot of 78 000 m².
The project is directly adjacent to Zdenčina 1 and was planned primarily to support the future expansion of existing tenants. The location is 20 km from Zagreb with direct access to the A1 Zagreb–Split–Dubrovnik motorway.
The planned building is designed to meet high quality and environmental standards. The project includes BREEAM certification, a rooftop photovoltaic power plant and measures supporting electromobility.
