About the project
The second stage of the logistics park of quality class A in the region between the towns of Nová Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom. Successful continuation of developing the logistics park in Dubnice and expansion of warehouses for tenants from stage 1 and new tenants.
Construction began in Q2 2017 and was completed in Q1 2018. The premises of quality class A were developed and tailored for two tenants, namely for Kuehne + Nagel, LIDL, and AAF. In 2019, the second stage of the logistics park was sold again to the investment fund of Česká sporiteľňa – REICO.
