About the project
Dubnica 2 is the second phase of an industrial logistics park in DUBNICA, SK with a value at completion of 9 500 000 EUR, a rentable area of 16 700 m² and a land plot of 40 000 m². The project expanded warehouse space for existing and new tenants.
Construction ran from Q2 2017 to Q1 2018. The class A premises were tailored for Kuehne+Nagel, LIDL and AAF. In 2019, the second phase of the logistics park was sold to the Česká sporiteľňa investment fund REICO.
