Expansion of production and storage facilities for international automotive company.
About the project
In Senica, we participate in developing land with a total area of over 65,000 sqm, and we lease production and storage premises with an area of 17 000 sqm to an international automotive company. The strategic location near the largest car plant in Slovakia and the excellent connection to the D2 motorway make Senica a very attractive and sought-after location for companies operating in the automotive industry.
Thanks to an excellent location and the possibility of further development and expansion of the area, we attracted a major international player in the automotive fi eld for whom we expand the used production and storage facilities for the production of refrigeration equipment for cars, a newly built research and development centre with an area of 3 400 m2. Building the new research and development centre will serve the tenant with the production and storage premises. The lease agreement is signed until 2035.
