Expansion of production and storage facilities for international automotive company.
About the project
In Senica, we participate in developing land with a total area of over 65,000 m², and we lease production and storage premises with an area of 17,000 m² to an international automotive company. The strategic location near the largest car plant in Slovakia and the excellent connection to the D2 motorway make Senica a very attractive and sought-after location for companies operating in the automotive industry.
Thanks to an excellent location and the possibility of further development and expansion of the area, we attracted a major international player in the automotive fi eld for whom we expand the used production and storage facilities for the production of refrigeration equipment for cars, a newly built research and development centre with an area of 3,400 m². Building the new research and development centre will serve the tenant with the production and storage premises. The lease agreement is signed until 2035.
