About the project
In April 2024, we successfully obtained occupancy approval and handed over the first section of the Gama building to our client TERRASTROJ, an authorized dealer of JCB construction equipment. Every detail of the newly constructed building was carefully considered and executed with the utmost precision. The result is a modern and functional facility that meets the highest quality standards. We are delighted that our client is extremely satisfied with the outcome of our work.
D1 Business Park Senec is located in the heart of D1 Park, the largest logistics and commercial zone in Central and Eastern Europe, comprising more than 1,000,000 m² of space and hosting over 70 international and local companies employing more than 5,000 people.
