About the project
D1 Park 2 is a commercial project in SENEC, SK and a multi-purpose business and service centre in the D1 Park logistics park near Senec. The value at completion is 8 400 000 EUR, the rentable area is 5 700 m², and the land plot is 15 900 m².
D1 Business Park Senec is located in the centre of D1 Park, a logistics and business zone with more than 1,000,000 m² of space, 70+ international and local companies and more than 5,000 employees. The project is approximately 25 minutes from central Bratislava at the D1 motorway exit for Senec.
D1 Business Park covers 6 ha and its three planned buildings, A, B and C, offer a total of 26,000 m² of business, retail, exhibition, office and storage space for rent. D1 Park 2 represents the first phase of the project, for which a valid building permit has been issued.
