About the project
D1 Business Park Senec is located in the centre of D1 Park, the largest logistics and business zone in Central and Eastern Europe, including area of over a million square meter and, 70+ international and local companies with over 5 000 employees. D1 Business Park is located only 25 minutes from the centre of Bratislava at the exit of the D1 motorway to Senec. Its excellent location allows quick access
to the entire region of Western Slovakia. D1 Business Park covering the territory of 6 ha, in the planned 3 buildings (A, B, C) offers 26,000 sqm of business, trade, exhibition, office, and storage space for rent. The first phase of the project is a building with a leasable area of approximately 9,000 sqm, for which a valid building permit has been issued.
