About the project
D1 Park 3 is a commercial project in SENEC, SK intended for further development within D1 Business Park near Senec. The value at completion is 11 900 000 EUR, the rentable area is 8 800 m², and the land plot is 22 600 m².
D1 Business Park Senec is located in the centre of D1 Park, a logistics and business zone with more than 1,000,000 m² of space, 70+ international and local companies and more than 5,000 employees. The project is approximately 25 minutes from central Bratislava at the D1 motorway exit for Senec.
D1 Business Park covers 6 ha and its three planned buildings, A, B and C, offer a total of 26,000 m² of business, retail, exhibition, office and storage space for rent. D1 Park 3 represents the second phase of the project.
