About the project
D1 Business Park Senec is located in the centre of D1 Park, the largest logistics and business zone in Central and Eastern Europe, which includes more than a million m2 of space, 70+ international and local companies with over 5,000 employees. D1 Business Park is located only 25 minutes from the centre of Bratislava at the exit of the D1 motorway to Senec.
The excellent location right in the centre of the largest industrial zone in Central and Eastern Europe allows quick access to the entire region of western Slovakia. D1 Business Park, covering the territory of 6ha in the planned 3 buildings (A, B, C), offers 26,000 sqm of business, trade, exhibition, office, and storage space for rent. The second phase of the project is a land area of 40,000 sqm.
