Construction of a modern distribution centre near the city of Zagreb
About the project
Zdenčina 1 is an industrial regional distribution centre project in ZDENČINA, HR with a value at completion of 77 800 000 EUR, a rentable area of 80 640 m² and a land plot of 160 000 m².
The project is located 20 km from Zagreb and has direct access to the Croatian A1 Zagreb–Split–Dubrovnik motorway. It comprises three buildings with warehouse and office space.
The buildings are developed on a build-to-suit basis and include a cross-dock solution and A-class standards. Environmental features include BREEAM/LEED certification, photovoltaics and support for electromobility. A significant part of the project has already been completed, approved for use and handed over to the client.
