About the project
Given the strong demand for space in our industrial park in Zagreb, we have been working intensively on the possibility of further expansion.
This has resulted in the acquisition of land, which will enable us to carry out the fifth expansion of the park, adding over 32,000 m² of leasable space. Furthermore, this acquisition allows for the expansion of the DC1 building—from the first phase—by approximately 4,000 m² of leasable space.
The new phase will utilize the infrastructure already established during the third phase of the industrial park's expansion. Clients will be provided with high-standard premises featuring BREEAM certification, a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, and a battery storage system.
