About the project
Brnik 2 is an industrial production and warehouse project in BRNIK, SI with a value at completion of 41 400 000 EUR, a rentable area of 24 530 m² and a land plot of 52 000 m². The project was developed for Bosch.
The project builds on Sympatia’s previous experience in the Ljubljana–Brnik location. In 2018, a warehouse and office project serving the pharmaceutical sector was completed and sold close to Jože Pučnik International Airport. The original text states that the warehouse meets international GPM standards and is used by Novartis.
In 2021, the acquisition of a large undeveloped plot included in the airport zone master plan was completed and the Brnik 2 project was prepared. The building is BREEAM certified, uses heat pumps for heating and cooling and has a rooftop photovoltaic power plant. The project was handed over to its tenant in 2023.
