About the project
he third project in a row at the location of Brnik Airport in Ljubljana directly follows on from its second stage. The project is the result of a strong demand for warehouse and production space in a location where the potential for the construction of new projects is currently almost exhausted due to the approved spatial plan and prepared land. Since we have been working on the preparation and implementation of the Brnik 2 project since 2021, we are also working synergistically on the preparation and permitting process of the Brnik 3 site, which is in its immediate vicinity.
The project envisages the construction of more than 75,000 sqm of warehouse and production space on land with an area of 16 ha. The start of the construction of the first stage of the Brnik 3 project is planned for the turn of 2025 and 2026. The project will have BREEAM certification.
