About the project
Brnik 3 is the third industrial project in BRNIK, SI with a value at completion of 95 700 000 EUR, a planned rentable area of 77 600 m² and a land plot of 145 000 m².
The project directly follows Brnik 2 and is being prepared in the Brnik Airport area of Ljubljana. The original text links the project to strong demand for warehouse and production space and limited availability of further land designated for industrial development.
Preparation and permitting have been under way since 2021. The project is planned to include warehouse and production space and to achieve BREEAM certification.
